Groupe CAT is created by Renault. Its first challenge is to optimise the maritime transport of Renault 4CV vehicles destined for the American market.
First international expansion with CAT Belgium.
Groupe CAT brings new expertise in spare parts management.
Groupe CAT becomes independent from Renault.
Groupe CAT is wholly owned by TCL.
Change in business model, moving from an "asset-free" approach to an "asset-based" approach. Investment in our own fleets and facilities. Groupe CAT pursues an ambitious external growth programme with the acquisition of Trial, Toquero, Fleetpoint and WWL Logistics Germany.
Acquisition of Sintax, CVT (Carlson Vehicle Transfer Ltd.) and STVA (Société de Transport de Véhicules Automobiles).
Opening of the largest port in Killingholme.
Acquisition of SEMAT.
